It is great this program encodes everything for us in multiple formats but it takes forever. I am anxious to get this site up and running! The current site takes forever in a different way. There is a lot of manual coding just to get one page updated. I can't wait to get rid of it and start using this site. This is much more fun.

OMG, During todays shoot we took a break and I went to check the site and it had crashed. Emails were flowing in from members who could not access the members area and from people who could not download videos they purchased from the cart. It's times like these when I wish I had started a business selling jewelry or something! Trying to get through the rest of the shoot without thinking about the chaos was very difficult. Turns out our server could not handle all the encoding and storage of that data. I will have to upgrade to new servers before I can continue encoding video. Things always take longer and cost more than expected. This is no exception.

Working on this new site has been exciting. There is a lot to learn however. It will be more interactive and offer more options. I miss the comments board. We use to have it on the current site but it kept crashing so I just got rid of it. This will be fun.
