While encoding I notice many of the videos from 2005-2009 and some from 2010 are a bit fuzzy. This happens over time after hundreds or thousands of downloads and they will have to all be re-coded from the raw video. We will start on this soon. With new editing software we can improve both video and sound quality. I will post in here when we have uploaded a re-encoded video.

The mobile formats will not play and the QuickTime is not encoding correctly. Support is working on it. This is frustrating. Everyday it is getting harder to update the old site. It is acting weird and quite frankly, I am tired of it. Sometimes it is better to just start over.

It is great this program encodes everything for us in multiple formats but it takes forever. I am anxious to get this site up and running! The current site takes forever in a different way. There is a lot of manual coding just to get one page updated. I can't wait to get rid of it and start using this site. This is much more fun.

OMG, During todays shoot we took a break and I went to check the site and it had crashed. Emails were flowing in from members who could not access the members area and from people who could not download videos they purchased from the cart. It's times like these when I wish I had started a business selling jewelry or something! Trying to get through the rest of the shoot without thinking about the chaos was very difficult. Turns out our server could not handle all the encoding and storage of that data. I will have to upgrade to new servers before I can continue encoding video. Things always take longer and cost more than expected. This is no exception.
