Do to the nature of this business, our location, and the fact we specialize in first time real amateurs, it is often difficult to get people to show up for video shoots. This can sometimes make it difficult to update new videos consistently.
We have often been asked why we dont just archive a bunch of them so if we have a bad week or two we will have videos in storage to use as updates. We do. But when we have dry spells, they are sometimes all uploaded before we are able to successfuly shoot new ones.
To resolve this issue for our recurring members, we offer an "Update Guarantee." This guarantee offers a minimum of four new video updates within their 30 day billing period. If for any reason we have not met these upload guidelines we will extend the membership billing period so the member will not be rebilled until the four updates have been met.
The weekly update period runs from Sunday through Saturday of each calender week. If we have not uploaded a new video during any given calender week we will extend all recurring members who email a request.
